Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible partner JP and my wonderful Dad Henry are also part of our clan. Many people know me through my Instagram @annephung where I write about my experiences - the highs, the lows and everything in between. When I was in 1990, I came to America with my brothers and my parents at the age of one and a half. Without my parents' love for hard work and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even share my story. So that they could give their children the chance to have a lucrative future, my focus was upon success and tried my best to attain it. My expectations were that my life would be a certain way: graduate from college, land a corporate position, become married and start with a family. I thought that was the epitome of success life had other plans to teach me the meaning of success. It was the money and status of my position was not what I wanted to be. I believed that I was wasting my time and energy for an income. I possessed a passion for working out and I enjoyed getting out and about with friends. while I walked the new direction in my life. I was drawn to training for personal trainers. My company was founded in 2014 and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success in 2021. There are a few Asian women in the industry. It is my goal to be a change maker in this industry by providing quality coaching to empower individuals to be healthier and happier by designing a sustainable lifestyle cater to your personal goals and requirements. Additionally, I aim to inspire others to pursue their dreams and goals in order to achieve whatever they would like to accomplish. My career began taking off at the time I was enjoying the highest satisfaction in my entire life. My mother was killed just as my professional career started to slow off. After a long battle against the illness, she's currently resting in Heaven. I will never forget her. I will always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. The lessons of life are usually hidden from us However, they can be extremely valuable. The passing of my mom transformed me in so many ways and I think she was the one who gave me another chance to live my life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. It was her time to live a brand new and exciting life which gave me my second chance at living an enjoyable and fulfilling life. At the age of 30, I feel alive and aware it is true I live my life now rather than merely living as the person I was back in my previous. When I share my experience I hope that my personal experiences can resonate with those of you. I would like that my words can help people realize that they aren't all on your own. It is my hope that you will have the potential to accomplish whatever you want to achieve. It is my hope that you will live every moment to the fullest and that your final days are not filled with regrets since that's the only thing that we have to be sure of in this time.
